PATERNITY
The lawful establishment of paternity provides parents with an affirmative declaration as to who a child's parents are and establishes clear visitation and support provisions. It also provides parents with a place and mechanism to work out problems and disputes, which often arise in raising your child.
Affordable Fees:
I strive to provide reasonable and fair fee arrangements in every case, whether divorce or paternity. Because each case is unique, the exact services and amount of time I will provide you will vary based on your needs and the actions of your spouse and their attorney. I offer a free initial consultation to discuss your situation and to provide you with the costs and fees for your circumstances. Generally, I request a retainer of $1,000, in each type of case, not including case expenses, such as court filing fees.
